Air Fried Chicken
I know, I know—it’s another air fried chicken recipe. But this one is actually connected to my Easy Coleslaw recipe.
Quick recap: after a 9-hour flight, I was starving and had zero food in the fridge. So, I grabbed coleslaw, roasted chicken, and pasta from the airport. And honestly, that meal was so good! I’ve made it a bunch of times since.
So, I had to try making it at home, but without the pasta.
This recipe is super simple—no need for a long intro. You probably already have most of the ingredients: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can also throw in some chicken stock powder or seasoning granules if you want, but it’s not a must—though it definitely enhances the flavor. Then, just air fry the chicken until it’s cooked through.

Quick note on the salt: I tend to either use way too much or not enough. Can’t get it right! So for this recipe, I started with ½ tsp of salt and added more before serving.
NOTES ON AIR FRIED CHICKEN:
- Chicken stock powder is optional, but it definitely enhances the flavor.
- You can also add lemon juice or dried herbs if you want to mix things up.
