Ingredients
500gchickenI used whole chicken legs
2tbspolive oil
1 ½tspgarlic powder
1 ½tsponion powder
1tspsmoked paprika
½tspground black pepper
½tspsaltyou can add more later
1tspchicken stock powder
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
Score the chicken legs and thighs.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients listed. Mix well.
Transfer the chicken to the preheated air fryer (you may need to cook in batches).
Air fry for 8-10 minutes per side at 170°C, or until the chicken juices run clear.
Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
Recipe Notes
Chicken stock powder is optional, but it definitely enhances the flavor.
You can also add lemon juice or dried herbs if you want to mix things up.
