Low carb chicken sopas

Low-Carb Chicken Sopas

Is anybody here doing the Keto diet and also loves sweets? I have a question: How do you resist chocolates and sweets? I know there are Keto-approved sweets and chocolates, but they are never the same as the ones you used to enjoy.

I tried the Keto diet, but I always crave sweets and chocolates. I am not doing the Keto diet, but I cook some dishes for my BFF. Some recipes sound complicated to me, but some are not.

Low carb chicken sopas

It’s a good thing that this Low-Carb Chicken Sopas is an easy-peasy one. I also love that the taste is similar to our beloved Pinoy chicken macaroni soup, minus the pasta.

In the Pinoy chicken macaroni soup, I used chicken cubes to enhance the flavor of the soup, but it’s hard to find keto-approved chicken cubes on my side of the world. The ingredients I added to enhance the flavor of this low-carb version are onion powder, garlic powder, and fish sauce.

The dish turned out delicious, comforting, and satisfying.

NOTES ON LOW-CARB CHICKEN SOPAS:

  • You can use chicken breasts.
  • If you can find a keto-approved chicken bouillon, you can also use it to enhance the flavor.
