Work Lunch Diaries #2

Some people say that meal prep meals are just leftovers from the weekend. Does this one apply to you? To me, there are times, yes. When this happens, I have more time to read a book or watch a movie or series on Netflix.

I was craving Filipino Chicken Curry, so I cooked it over the weekend. My BFF and I didn’t manage to finish it as usual. I decided to take the last serving of the dish to work.

I also had Ginataang Munggo with fried milkfish, served with white rice. This combo is a winner for us Filipinos.

The last work lunch that I prepared was Tuna Sisig.

I enjoyed it with white rice and air-fried broccoli for some fiber. I loved this a lot; I wished I brought more with me, but one of my friends told me not to eat a lot of carbs during lunch or else I’d feel sleepy. Is that true??
