Kimchi Fried Noodles

I had a craving for kimchi and stir-fried noodles so thought I’d make Kimchi Fried Noodles.

Have you experienced watching a movie or a TV series and you’re drooling over the foods they eat?? It’s a yes for me especially when I am watching Korean movies or TV series. Fried chicken, ramen and stir-fried noodles – these are some of the foods I always crave for.

What I love about this – it’s easy to make, flavorful, not too spicy and little sour. It’s quick to prepare, too, so it’s really wonderful if you need a quick fix to that cravings.

NOTES:

  • The addition of nori sheets is optional, but it adds extra flavor.
  • You can add veggies or meat of your choice that goes well with stir-fried noodles.
