Jazzed-Up Instant Noodles

Level up your instant noodles and make this Sweet and Spicy Jazzed-Up Instant Noodles – it is very easy to make and might be better than your favorite instant noodles. 😉

Instant noodles is one of things I can’t live without. They may be bad for health, but it is something I can rely on especially when I am starving and no time to cook. I don’t eat them every single day so I think I am still not over-consuming bad stuff. When bored with its seasoning packet, I always use the noodles for something else like Sriracha Ramen Noodle Soup or Chicken Teriyaki Noodles, and it reaches the amazingness level. 😀

I might be just sharing this recipe but I made this several times already and always devoured in no time. The ingredients are so few and you might have them on hand especially if you always use oyster sauce, soy sauce, spicy sauce (such as Sriracha), and honey in your pantry. The rest of the ingredients are onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and spring onions. If you are all set, then all you have to do is get your instant noodles out from the package and discard the seasoning packet or keep them for later use.

This jazzed-up instant noodles can be enjoyed alone, but being an Asian, I mostly enjoy this with rice or with bread (yes, carb overload).

I hope you can try the recipe and let me know. I’ve shared a video on my YouTube channel. Please don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. See you there! 😉

I am taking this with me at Angie’s Fiesta Friday #298.

Put the cooked noodles in the pan with the sauce and mix. Add sesame oil (if desired), garnish with spring onions and add more Sriracha if you like. You can also add toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
