Sriracha Beef Bowls
It is not a secret how much I love Sriracha. I could just add it to most of my dishes. My first time was when I made these Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings and they were a huge hit. After that, I made sure that Sriracha is always available so I could enjoy it whenever I want.
All the dishes I made with Sriracha are very easy to follow. This time, I am going to share one of my favorites – Sriracha Beef Bowls, inspired by Cooking Classy. I’ve made this several times and they are perfect every single time. My friends and family loved it.
Aside from this tastes amazing, they can be done in even less than 30 minutes, depending on the “water” the beef produces during cooking. When the beef is cooked, you can add the remaining ingredients and you’re ready to dig in. You can also add your sides like buttered veggies (corn would be perfect for me) or blanched baby spinach (or just whatever you fancy). Of course, this is perfect to serve with white rice and make sure to use a huge spoon like mine. 😀 And oh, don’t forget to add more Sriracha and lots of green onions. 😉
I hope you can try the recipe and let me know. I’ve shared a video on my YouTube channel. Please don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. See you there! 😉
I am taking this with me at this week’s Fiesta Friday #256. Thanks to our amazing Angie and to our co-hosts. 🙂

Definitely making this one soon! One question. What do you mean by “pour sauce until almost dry”?
Jhuls @ The Not So Creative Cook
Oopppss!! I think I forgot some texts in between. I meant “pour sauce and cook until almost dry”. Thanks for noticing that.🙈 Will edit later. Happy New Year!🎉

Definitely a quick dinner to make, great for a workday evening. This looks mouth watering. I like Sriracha, even though I have troubles spelling the word!
Jhuls @ The Not So Creative Cook
Haha – you made me laugh, Diann. Sometimes, I have trouble of pronouncing it. Maybe we can make the sauce ahead and keep in the ridge so it will be ready when we come home from work. Hmm, I will try that. 😀

Rice bowls are a regular at our table as is Sriracha. But, we’ve not tried a ground beef rice bowl and now we must. A lovely recipe for a fast weeknight dinner.

I am glad that you approve this kind of meal, Ron. I hope you will love this as much as I did. Happy New Year. 🙂
