Sriracha Beef Bowls

It is not a secret how much I love Sriracha. I could just add it to most of my dishes. My first time was when I made these Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings and they were a huge hit. After that, I made sure that Sriracha is always available so I could enjoy it whenever I want.

All the dishes I made with Sriracha are very easy to follow. This time, I am going to share one of my favorites – Sriracha Beef Bowls, inspired by Cooking Classy. I’ve made this several times and they are perfect every single time. My friends and family loved it.

Aside from this tastes amazing, they can be done in even less than 30 minutes, depending on the “water” the beef produces during cooking. When the beef is cooked, you can add the remaining ingredients and you’re ready to dig in. You can also add your sides like buttered veggies (corn would be perfect for me) or blanched baby spinach (or just whatever you fancy). Of course, this is perfect to serve with white rice and make sure to use a huge spoon like mine. 😀 And oh, don’t forget to add more Sriracha and lots of green onions. 😉

I hope you can try the recipe and let me know. I’ve shared a video on my YouTube channel. Please don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. See you there! 😉

I am taking this with me at this week’s Fiesta Friday #256. Thanks to our amazing Angie and to our co-hosts. 🙂
