Ginisang Gourmet Tuyo
The step of sauteing it in onions, garlic, and tomatoes made it even more flavorful. Perfect with rice.

Cooking oil

About 2 servings of gourmet tuyo

eggs

Sugar
to taste (optional)

Spring onions & chilis
sliced

Add oil to a pan over medium heat.

When the oil is hot enough, add garlic. Saute until fragrant.

Add tomato & onion. Cook until soft. You can mash the tomatoes for more flavor.

Add gourmet tuyo and let it warm up.

If using sugar, add it at this point.

Add 1 or 2 eggs. You can break the yolks or keep them as is. Cook the eggs as per your preferred doneness.

Top with spring onions and chilis.

Serve over rice.
- I love sweet & spicy gourmet tuyo, so I added a bit of sugar to this recipe because the gourmet tuyo I used is a little salty for me.
- You can add any seasoning you fancy, but I love to keep mine simple.
