Ingredients

Dressing:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp milk optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Others:

  • 300 g of coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Mix and taste-test. Adjust as needed.
  2. Toss in the coleslaw mix and give it a good stir.
  3. Chill in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.

Recipe Notes

  • The dressing recipe I use is enough for about 300g of coleslaw mix. So, if you're not into super creamy (or liquidy 😂) coleslaw, just halve the dressing and use around 200g of the mix.
  • You can add milk, or skip it. I think it makes the coleslaw creamier.
  • Start with 1 tbsp of white sugar if you're not a fan of sweet coleslaw. Adjust if needed. I like mine on the sweeter side.
