A simple and delicious coleslaw with crunchy cabbage and carrots, tossed in a creamy dressing. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal. Refreshing and easy to make!

Ingredients
Dressing:
¾cupmayonnaise
2tbspwhite sugar
1tbsplemon
1tbspwhite vinegar
1tbspmilkoptional
Salt & pepperto taste
Others:
300gof coleslaw mix
Instructions
Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Mix and taste-test. Adjust as needed.
Toss in the coleslaw mix and give it a good stir.
Chill in the fridge for a few hours before enjoying.
Recipe Notes
The dressing recipe I use is enough for about 300g of coleslaw mix. So, if you're not into super creamy (or liquidy 😂) coleslaw, just halve the dressing and use around 200g of the mix.
You can add milk, or skip it. I think it makes the coleslaw creamier.
Start with 1 tbsp of white sugar if you're not a fan of sweet coleslaw. Adjust if needed. I like mine on the sweeter side.
