Crispy Delimondo Tapa Corned Beef

A quick fix to beef tapa cravings - garlicky, sweet and not too salty.

Ingredients

  • Cooking oil
  • 6 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 can Delimondo Tapa Corned Beef

To serve:

  • Fried rice
  • Fried eggs
  • Atchara papaya pickles
  • Cucumber slices
  • Toasted garlic for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan over low-medium heat, add cooking oil.
  2. Cook garlic until lightly brown.
  3. Add Delimondo Tapa Corned Beef and cook as per your liking. I like mine crispy.
  4. Serve with fried rice, fried eggs and your favorite sides/dipping sauces.

Recipe Notes

  • The corned beef can be cooked as per your preferred texture - soft or crispy. 
  • Pairs with the actual beef tapa sides/dipping sauces like atchara, spiced vinegar, and even ketchup.
