Ingredients
Cooking oil

cloves
garlic
chopped

can Delimondo Tapa Corned Beef
To serve:
Fried rice
Fried eggs
Atchara
papaya pickles
Cucumber slices
Toasted garlic
for garnish
Instructions
In a pan over low-medium heat, add cooking oil.
Cook garlic until lightly brown.
Add Delimondo Tapa Corned Beef and cook as per your liking. I like mine crispy.
Serve with fried rice, fried eggs and your favorite sides/dipping sauces.
Recipe Notes
The corned beef can be cooked as per your preferred texture - soft or crispy.
Pairs with the actual beef tapa sides/dipping sauces like atchara, spiced vinegar, and even ketchup.
