Ingredients

Garlic Pepper Mayo:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Others:

  • Fried chicken strips homemade or store-bought
  • Lettuce
  • Ripe mango slices
  • Cucumber slices
  • Imitation crab sliced
  • Tortilla wraps I used large size tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients for the garlic pepper mayo. Mix and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to develop more flavor. Do a taste test and adjust if necessary.
  2. Warm up the tortillas on a pan over low heat. Place it on a plate; arrange the lettuce, chicken strips, mango, cucumber and imitation crab. Add garlic pepper mayo on top and then wrap.
  3. Heat/brown on a pan over low heat.
  4. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

  • The imitation crab is optional.
  • If you dislike the sauce, you can use whatever you prefer. The garlic pepper mayo recipe below is good for 4-5 twisters. I made more and used it as a dipping sauce for the extra chicken strips I had.
  • You can make your own chicken strips instead of buying. I was just lazy to do it so I bought them instead.
  • I made two twisters using large tortilla wraps.
