Yogurt Bowl Ideas

Ever get so obsessed with a meal that you end up eating it every day until you just can’t anymore? Well, that’s me with yogurt bowls right now. But honestly, I’m not at the “can’t take it anymore” stage—I’m still loving them every single day, and it’s been over two weeks now! 😋

Usually, my food obsessions last about a week, but this yogurt bowl thing is sticking around longer than I thought. In fact, I’m spending most of my food budget on yogurt and all the fun toppings that go with it. Funny thing is, I wasn’t always a yogurt fan, but now I’m on a mission to find the best brand for me.

So, how did this obsession start? I was having lunch with my amazing friend Linda, and I mentioned having some digestion issues. She suggested I try yogurt, and if I didn’t like it plain, I could add a banana.

A few days later, I grabbed a bunch of different yogurt brands, planning to try them with just banana and peanut butter. But guess what? I ended up going all out, throwing in fruits, crunchy toppings, and sweeteners—and now I can’t stop. (And honestly, I still don’t want to! 😅)

Here are the yogurt bowls I’ve been loving lately. I’m obsessed with all of them:

Greek yogurt, strawberries, hazelnut spread (I used the one made in Algeria – also from Linda 🥰), chia seeds, chopped-up protein bar

****

Greek yogurt, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, chocolate

****

Coconut-blended Greek yogurt, mango, toasted coconut chips, chia seeds, maple syrup

****

Greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, hazelnut spread, chia seeds, homemade granola (next time, I think I’ll add a protein bar or some nuts for extra crunch – this one tastes like cheesecake, IMO)

****

Greek yogurt, scrambled oats, mango, toasted coconut chips, blueberry compote (I just added sugar to blueberries and cooked them until they got all syrupy, but I’d love to add some crunch on top too)

****

So yeah, those are the yogurt bowls I’m currently obsessed with. I’m still on the hunt for more topping combos, so if you have any suggestions, let me know in the comments! And for sure, I’d be adding more yogurt ideas to this post so stay tuned!

Hope you try them out and let me know what you think! 😊
