In the same pan, add more cooking oil if necessary. Add chopped garlic and spring onion slices, then cook for about two minutes.
Add chopped carrots; cook for a few minutes.
Add egg (or eggs) and then scramble the egg until cooked. Add corn kernels.
Add rice and break it down until warmed up.
Add chicken powder and ketchup. Mix well.
Season with salt and add spring onion slices.
