Ingredients
For the chicken thighs:
500gchicken thighsskinless & boneless
2tspgarlic paste or 1 tsp garlic powder
1tsponion powder
2tspsmoked paprika
2tsporegano
1tspsalt
1tspground black pepper
2tbsplemon juice
For the mayo sriracha sauce:
1/3cupmayo
1-2tspsriracha
1tbsplemon juice
salt & pepperto taste
Instructions
Add all chicken ingredients to a bowl, and give it a good mix. Add them to your air-fryer basket, ensuring they are in one layer. You can cook them in batches if necessary. Air-fry at 200 C for 15-16 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through cooking. When done, transfer them to a plate while we prepare the sauce.
For the sauce, mix all ingredients. Taste and season according to your liking.
Serve with rice, as a salad, or even as a sandwich filling.
Recipe Notes
You can cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and put them on skewers instead of using whole chicken thighs. Alternatively, you can also use chicken breasts.
