Place chicken, garlic paste, onion powder, spring onions, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix very well. Add mayonnaise and mix again to combine. Note: The mixture is soft.
Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix almond flour and parmesan cheese.
Get about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture and carefully shape it into patties. Coat each with the flour-cheese mixture.
Fry each in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the cooked chicken patties and place them in a strainer to drain excess oil.
