Sweet and savory peanut dressing that’s not only good for salads but perfect to toss with noodles and dipping sauce for grilled chicken, too.

Ingredients
5tbspcreamy peanut butter
2tbsprice vinegar
2tbspmaple syrup
2tbspsoy sauce
1tbspSriracha
1tspminced garlic
1tspgrated ginger
1tspsesame oil
2tbspground peanuts
1/4cup(60) water(see notes)
Instructions
In a bowl, add peanut butter and rice vinegar. Mix very well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again. Alternatively, you can use a blender to do the mixing.
Transfer the mixture to a jar and put the lid on. Keep in the fridge for the flavor to develop.
Enjoy with salad or whatever you prefer that you think will pair well with peanut dressing.
Recipe Notes
I used creamy peanut butter. I suggest you use the brand of peanut butter you enjoy.
The amount of water that should be added would depend on you, I added about 1/4 cup (60 ml). It may look runny before it’s refrigerated, but will thicken as soon was it cools.
