Ingredients

  • 200 g elbow macaroni cooked according to package instructions and COOLED
  • 3/4 cup shredded chicken breast
  • 75 ml (1/4 cup+ 1 tbsp) condensed milk
  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) Nestle all-purpose cream (or 1/2 cup thick cream)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sandwich spread
  • 1/3 cup pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp raisins

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add condensed milk, all-purpose cream, mayo, sandwich spread, pineapple tidbits, red bell pepper, carrots, onion, and grated cheese. Mix very well.
  2. Add the cooked elbow macaroni, shredded chicken breast, and raisins. Mix again.
  3. Keep in the fridge to chill before enjoying.
  4. Top with more grated cheese, if desired.
