Ingredients
200gelbow macaronicooked according to package instructions and COOLED
3/4cupshredded chicken breast
75ml(1/4 cup+ 1 tbsp) condensed milk
160ml(2/3 cup) Nestle all-purpose cream(or 1/2 cup thick cream)
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/3cupsandwich spread
1/3cuppineapple tidbitsdrained
1/4cupred bell pepper
1/3cupgrated carrots
1/3 cupchopped onion
3/4cupgrated cheddar cheese
3tbspraisins
Instructions
In a large bowl, add condensed milk, all-purpose cream, mayo, sandwich spread, pineapple tidbits, red bell pepper, carrots, onion, and grated cheese. Mix very well.
Add the cooked elbow macaroni, shredded chicken breast, and raisins. Mix again.
Keep in the fridge to chill before enjoying.
Top with more grated cheese, if desired.
