Dalgona Coffee over Ice Cream
The combination of sweet vanilla ice cream + silky, thick, bitter whipped coffee is perfect for coffee lovers!!
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp coffee granules
- 2 tbsp hot water
Instructions

n a bowl, add sugar, coffee granules and hot water. Beat until you reach your desired consistency.

Add vanilla ice cream in a glass or cup. Top with whipped coffee.

Mix and enjoy immediately.
Recipe Notes
- You can beat the coffee mixture until you reach your desired consistency. The mixture can be added to the ice cream even when it’s very runny – like you are making an affogato. I like mine on a thicker side like a whipped frosting.
- I didn’t mention how many scoops of vanilla ice cream in the recipe because it will depend on you. I put about 1/3 cup of whipped coffee over 250 ml of vanilla ice cream.
