Ingredients
200gof frozen acai puree
1frozen banana
½cupfrozen blueberries
160-180mlmilk(I used oat milk)
Fresh fruitsfor topping (see notes)
Granolafor topping (optional)
Instructions
Add frozen acai puree, banana, blueberries and milk in a blender. Pulse until smooth. You may need to add milk if the smoothie is too thick.
Transfer to a bowl. Add your favorite toppings on top.
Enjoy immediately.
Recipe Notes
Do not add the milk at once. I suggest adding half at first and blend to see if it’s too thick. If yes, add more milk little by little to ensure that your smoothie is thick.
