This Balsamic Vinaigrette has just the right touch of garlic and sweetness. It is perfect for salads or even as a dipping sauce for breaded chicken cutlets. And it’s easy and quick to make, too.

Ingredients
6tbspextra virgin olive oil
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
1tbspmaple syrup
½tbspDijon mustard
1clovegarlic(finely minced, or grated)
¼tspsalt
¼tspground black pepper
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously until mixture emulsifies.
Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Recipe Notes
It will stay amazing up to 10 days in the fridge if using a sterilized jar to store the vinaigrette.
The longer the vinaigrette sits, the garlic taste will be stronger.
I use a sterilized jar to store the salad dressing.
