Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced, or grated)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously until mixture emulsifies.
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

Recipe Notes

  • It will stay amazing up to 10 days in the fridge if using a sterilized jar to store the vinaigrette.
  • The longer the vinaigrette sits, the garlic taste will be stronger.
  • I use a sterilized jar to store the salad dressing.
