Making your own instant hot chocolate is an amazing idea because you can control the sweetness and most importantly, you know what’s in it.

Ingredients
120gchocolategrated
½cup(53 g) powdered sugar
2/3cup(52 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2tsp(10 g) vanilla powder
½tspcornstarch
1tspespresso powder
Instructions
Add grated chocolate in a bowl.
Sift the rest of the ingredients on the bowl with grated chocolate.
Mix everything and transfer to an airtight jar.
Keep until ready to use.

Notes:
This instant hot chocolate mix is not as sweet as the store-bought ones. You may need to add powdered sugar to the mixture if you like it to be on the sweeter side.
I used 70% mild dark chocolate. You can use milk chocolate if that’s what you like.
Espresso is optional.
