  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 can of 14 oz condensed milk
  • 2 cups (260g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • More grated cheedar cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x9 baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, add sugar and egg. Beat until fluffy.

  5. Pour the thick batter to the greased baking pan. Spread evenly using a rubber spatula. Add more cheese on top.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the pan and cutting.

Recipe Notes

You may use a parchment paper hanging on the sides of the baking pan for easy removal later on, but you still need to grease the pan and parchment paper.
