Ground beef with Sriracha - such an easy and very tasty dish to make, especially when you are in a hurry.
In a bowl, add sesame oil, honey, brown sugar, lime juice, soy sauce, Sriracha and water. Set aside.
Using a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef. Let it cook until no longer pink. Make sure to break the beef into small pieces.
Add garlic, ginger and white part of spring onion. Cook for about a minute or two.
Pour the sauce and cook until almost dry.
Add sliced spring onions.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve with white rice and more Sriracha.
