Cookie sandwich fully coated and filled with buttercream, then coated again with nut-biscuit crumbs. A frozen treat that so sinful, you’ll find yourself asking for more. So imagine a meringue cookie sandwich with buttercream filling and coating, then again coated with nut-biscuit crumbs… I know, I know! It’s sinful, yeah? I’ve heard rumors about this frozen dessert, but I was afraid to make my own to the painful fact that I always burn meringue cookies. I found out that a new found friend was selling these cookies, so I purchased some. Considering that I LOVE meringue, there was no question asked – I instantly loved it and promised myself that I will also make my own. So… tadaaaaa! This is so heavenly – the buttercream filling and coating with the melt in your mouth meringue cookies – PERFECT!
